How to Use Your AWARE Rewards
Everything you need to know about earning, viewing, and redeeming your loyalty points.
Accessing Your Rewards Portal
Go to your account
Visit awarehair.com/account or click the "Account" icon on our website. Log in with the email address you used to place your order.

Find the Rewards section
Once logged in, look for the "Loyalty & Rewards" tab in your account dashboard sidebar. Click it to see your current points balance.

View your points balance
Your rewards dashboard shows your available points, store credits, and your rewards history.

If you placed orders before our rewards program launched, those points may have been credited retroactively. Check your balance - you might already have rewards waiting.
How You Earn Points
There are four ways to earn AWARE rewards points:

Points from purchases are added after your order is fulfilled. They may show as "pending" for a short time before becoming available.
Earning Points on In-Salon Purchases
If you purchased AWARE products at one of our partner salons, you can still earn loyalty points by submitting your receipt.
Keep your itemized receipt
Make sure you have a receipt that shows the AWARE products purchased and the amount paid. A photo or scan of the receipt works.
Email your receipt
Send a photo or scan of your receipt to [email protected] with the subject line "Salon Receipt - Points." Include the email address associated with your AWARE account.
Points are credited to your account
Our team will verify your receipt and add points to your loyalty balance. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on AWARE products at a partner salon.
Receipts should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Points from salon receipts are typically credited within 2-3 business days.
How to Redeem Your Points
Browse available rewards
In your rewards dashboard, scroll down to the "Ways to redeem" section. You will see all the rewards you can claim based on your current balance.

Claim your reward
Click "Claim Reward" on the reward you want. A discount code will be generated for you. Copy the code using the "Copy Discount" button.

Apply at checkout
Add the reward product to your cart and paste the code in the "Discount code" field at checkout. The discount will be applied, bringing the price to $0.00.

If you add the reward product to your cart right after redeeming, the discount code will be auto-applied during that shopping session - no need to copy and paste.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my points expire?
Your points do not expire. They remain in your account until you choose to redeem them.
I placed an order but do not see my points yet.
Points are added after your order is fulfilled (shipped). They may appear as "pending" for a short period before becoming available for redemption.
Can I use multiple rewards on one order?
Only one reward code can be applied per order at this time.
I returned a product. What happens to my points?
If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
How do I leave a review to earn points?
After your order is delivered, you will receive a review request email. You can also visit the product page on our website and scroll to the reviews section to leave your review. Points are credited automatically.
How do referral points work?
Share your unique referral link (found in your rewards dashboard) with a friend. When they make their first purchase of $100 or more using your link, you earn 300 points.
How do I submit a salon receipt for points?
Email a photo or scan of your itemized receipt to [email protected] with the subject "Salon Receipt - Points." Include your AWARE account email. Receipts should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
