Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. As part of the AWARE Hair Guarantee, our promise is that each product delivers professional, salon-quality results using only the highest-quality ingredients. If you are not absolutely pleased with the performance, you may return it within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of your order to make a return. This applies only to products purchased at awarehair.com. Contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization and shipping instructions. You may be responsible for paying for the return label that will be provided to you, and for a restocking fee. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; at which time, your refund will be processed and the applicable amount will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your original form of payment.
