How do I unlock pre-order access?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and click on “Order History” to track the status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information ava

Because we want to ensure fair pricing with our partner salons, we do not offer discounts.

Where can I buy AWARE products?

You can find our products exclusively at select partner salons and directly from our website, awarehair.com. We do not sell to any third-parties and cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of any products purchased at unauthorized retailers.

What type of payments do you accept?

Awarehair.com accepts all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, Diner’s Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you ship to APO / PO Boxes?

No, orders are shipped via carriers that do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical shipping address is required.
